Interior Redesign Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Interior Redesign, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you may use the app with parental or guardian consent.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Interior Redesign uses state-of-the-art AI technology to generate design visualizations. While we strive for high-quality results, AI-generated images may contain inaccuracies, impossible structures, or unrealistic elements. These are artistic interpretations, not engineering plans.

4. User Responsibilities

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Interior Redesign only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Upload photos you don't have rights to use
• Upload photos containing people without their consent
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the app's security
• Use the app for commercial purposes without permission
• Redistribute or resell generated designs commercially
• Attempt to circumvent subscription or premium feature restrictions
• Overwhelm our servers with excessive requests

Photo Upload Guidelines

5. Intellectual Property

App Ownership

Interior Redesign, including its design, AI models, code, and features, is owned by Darkmaster's Pottery and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal purposes.

Your Photos

You retain ownership of the original photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of generating redesigns.

Premium Features

Subscription Terms

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
• Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
• Free trial terms, if offered, are specified in the app

7. Service Availability

Interior Redesign requires an internet connection to process photos through our AI systems. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access to the service
• Error-free operation
• Specific processing times
• Availability in all regions

We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

8. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

• Photos are processed securely and stored in encrypted cloud storage
• Sign in with Apple provides secure authentication
• We don't sell your data or use it for advertising
• You can delete your account and data at any time

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Darkmaster's Pottery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Interior Redesign, including but not limited to damages from renovation decisions, lost data, or service unavailability.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Interior Redesign at any time for violations of these Terms, abuse of the service, or other reasonable causes. You may discontinue use at any time by deleting the app.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the app ceases immediately
• Your photos and designs may be deleted per our retention policy
• Subscription refunds are handled according to Apple App Store policies

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Interior Redesign will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
